Copper Cable Recycling Solutions: Choosing the Right Copper Granulator
* Copper granulators are ideal for processing mixed, tangled, or fine scrap wires that are difficult to handle with manual wire stripping machines.
* For heavy or moderately thick armored cables, a system equipped with a pre-shredder is recommended to prevent blade jamming.
* For automotive wiring harnesses, a talc powder injection system is recommended to prevent issues such as tape tangling and material sticking.
* For cables with plugs, ensure the system includes a magnetic separator to remove ferrous components.
* For extremely fine capillary wires, an electrostatic separator is recommended to prevent fine copper strands from being blown away along with the plastic.
* To ensure optimal separation results, look for equipment featuring adjustable airflow, a reliable vibrating table, a dust collection system, and durable blades.


How Does The Wire Granulator Work?
1. C10/C20 separates copper wire from plastic coating.
2. Then cuts cables and wires into granules.
3. Copper particles are directed out of the insulation layer by an airflow gravity sorting system (heavier copper, lighter plastic). Copper particles are fed into separate boxes.
4. Airflow sorted copper is 99.9% pure.
5. The whole process is relatively quiet because we partially soundproof the components.
6. Self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates dust
