How Does The copper wire chopper granulator Work? 1. S10 separates copper wire from plastic coating. 2. Then cuts cables and wires into granules. 3. Copper particles are directed out of the insulation layer by an airflow gravity sorting system (heavier copper, lighter plastic). Copper particles are fed into separate boxes. 4. Airflow sorted copper is 99.9% pure. 5. The whole process is relatively quiet because we partially soundproof the components. 6.
